That’s a wrap!
With our 2022 wedding season done, we are reminiscing about all of the lovely couples that we had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know better and could not be more thankful for each and every one of you!
Golden or Blue Hour
Some of the best bride & groom portraits are made at golden hour, when the land is wrapped in an incredible warm glow of the setting sun-we HIGHLY recommend making room for this for sure!
Love at first sight.
A first look gives you the opportunity to experience an intimate moment together without all of the pressure of everybody watching you…this is when genuine emotions shine through and are captured.
An Autumn Acreage Wedding in Parkland County, AB.
Jenn & Graeme were our last wedding of the season and the weather decided it was going to show off-it was absolutely perfect!
A sweet, soulful wedding in Edmonton, AB.
We had the pleasure of meeting Aeyra & Thomas at a wedding that we were photographing for friends of theirs. They approached me, told me that they were getting married on September 16th and asked if we were free. I knew that we definitely were because it’s my birthday! We exchanged info and the rest is history!
A splendid warm September wedding in Calmar, AB.
Courtney & Tyler are such a fun couple-they’re a ball, especially when they’re surrounded by their friends and family!
A wonderfully windswept wedding in Nordegg, AB.
We wish you a lifetime of adventure, happiness and endless love beneath moonlit skies.
A lovely backyard wedding in Olds, Alberta.
“We don’t meet beautiful loving souls by accident or chance, they are meant to cross our paths for a reason, especially those we have a mental attraction, wild chemistry, and a deep soul connection with.”
— Simona
An amazingly lively wedding at The Whitewood Barn-Millet, Alberta.
Den Joy & Franz are a wonderful couple who found their way back to one another after being separated. They are a prime example that two souls that belong to each other will always find their way back to one another and it. is. absolutely. beautiful.
A beautifully sweet, rustic spring wedding at The Whitewood Barn, Millet, Alberta.
‘Should this be the last thing I see, I want you to know it’s enough for me, ‘cause all that you are is all that I’ll ever need.’ -Ed Sheeran/Tenerife Sea
Winter Wonderland!
So here we are…spriiiing? It’s got to be spring hasn’t it?! Hmm…feel like I’ve fallen for this before!!
We love to shooting family photo sessions at our clients homes and have had the pleasure of shooting at some beautiful homes and acreages, but this heritage log cabin was so unique and teaming with character we jumped at the opportunity to capture some memories here…
Autumnal Amber
“Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful.”-Lisa Weedn,
A Rustic Wedding at The Barn at Lions Garden Estate, East of Edmonton, Alberta.
This day was not only filled with an abundance of joy and laughter from beginning to end, but also with emotion, from dad’s first look at his ‘petite fille’ (little girl) where there was not a dry eye in the house, myself included (as this was a moment that I will never have the pleasure to experience myself) to very sweet vows which were shared intimately between only them, both of which will remain two of my all-time favourite moments and we are both honoured to have had the opportunity (and pleasure) to be able to capture for them for years to come!
A Beautiful Summer Wedding at Obsidian Ridge-Tofield, Alberta.
This wedding was packed with sweet moments, especially during the speeches which were so heartfelt and genuine. It really was a pleasure to be there to photograph a couple who have found so much happiness together. In our consultation Zonia had told us about their mutual friend who brought them together and had since sadly passed. They remembered her during the first dance, which was a really touching moment and capped off a day spent in beautiful surroundings, filled with love and laughter.
Country wedding in Ardrossan, Alberta
They had plans for a big wedding, but 2020 had other ideas and they down-sized their original plans, deciding to have their big day on the family acreage with just their nearest and dearest, saving the big party for another day.
